Issue 

I need to submit a product replacement within my mission 

 

Environment  

Missions App 

 

Client Solution

1.     Click the mission with the item you would like to replace 

2.     Click the item within the mission that will be replaced with a new product 

3.     At the bottom of the selected item click “Swap” > Click “Replace with New Product” 

4.     The app will prompt you to scan product > Scan the barcode of the product being added 
    a.   If there is not a barcode to scan or the barcode is unable to scan, click “Manual Add” > enter the UPC/PLU, Product Description, Size, Take a Photo > click “Add” > proceed to Step 5. 

5.     A popup box will appear, asking you to select the matching product > click on the matching product > confirm you have selected to correct product by making sure a green checkmark appears to the right of the item description > click “Select Product 

6.     The item will now be submitted and populate for you to enter pricing information while completing mission
