The auditor is not able to view the list of his/ submitted missions 


Environment

Missions App 


Client Resolution

1.    Login to the Missions App > click the “Completed” tab > list of completed missions will populate 

  • If your completed missions do not load > click the ”Refresh” button at the top of the Missions app 
  • A ”Reloading” popup box will appear > once the box disappears, the list has been refreshed     
  1. b.    If the list does not populate after completing the above steps, proceed to Step 2.                            

2.    Contact your administrator to confirm they received the data of your completed missions
