Issue:

I want to change my MissionScanner app password. 


Environment: 


MissionScanner 


Client Solution: 


  • Logout of your MissionScanner app by clicking on "Settings" > click on your email address and the bottom of the page > when the popup box appears to confirm your selection, click "Logout" 

      



  • Once logged out of the MissionScanner App, click "Forgot Password" 

                                     



  •  A 'Reset forgotten password' popup box will appear, enter your email address > click "Submit" 

                                    



  • Check your inbox for an email titled "MissionControl Password Reset Request" > click on or copy/paste the URL in the email 
  • Enter your new password in the ‘New Password’ and ‘Confirm New Password’ boxes > click “Save”
