Issue
The location in my Missions App profile is set to California and I cannot change it

We apologize for the confusion. The Missions App currently defaults to California as the location in your profile.
To locate missions within your area please click the "Available" tab in the Missions App > click the blue/white location arrow at the top right of the map.
If you have trouble with the above steps, click the "Available" tab > click the magnifying glass at the top right of the screen > enter the "city, state" > click "Search" to locate missions.
