Issue:

Auditor cannot submit or send the collected items' scans

OR the app takes time to send the collected data.


Environment:

MissionScanner App


Client Solution:

  • Log into the app using valid email address and password 
  • Hit three horizontal lines on top left corner of the app and then  
  • Choose the Settings menu to open the list of available options in Settings 
  • Choose Email/Submit Excel Report button to send the data. 
  • Please note that the iPhone users should have a native Mail client set up already in their phone to use it for sending reports.
