Issue:

Auditor is trying to enter the verified credentials but cannot log in.


Environment:

MissionScanner App


Client Solution:

  • First of all make sure you have the verified user id and password from your administrator.
  • Retry to enter the same exact temporary password provided
  • Try to update/reset your password by clicking on the "Forget Your Password?" button


  • Enter your registered email address to receive the password reset form.
  • If that didn't work contact support@engage3.com  and let them know about the details of your issue and to check you have proper permission and role set up in the system.
